Norgate Data - Refunds Policy
Norgate Data subscriptions are for fixed terms (6 months or 12). Subscriptions cannot be cancelled in the event that the service is no longer required. This is a condition that must be agreed to in our online Order Form before a subscription can proceed.
Furthermore, a high-level subscription cannot be downgraded to a lower-level until a subscription term has ended.
There is no refund available for a subscription downgrade.
If you are not certain whether a data service that we offer is likely to meet your needs, please make use of the fully-operational 3-week free trial before considering a subscription. A trial comes with 2-years of historical data.
Refunds will only be agreed to if we cannot get the service to work substantially as advertised and after reasonable efforts to address the reported problem have been made. Refunds will not be paid if the problem lies with 3rd-party software.
